What Quiz Zoomies is

Quiz Zoomies started as a YouTube channel with one simple idea: a fast, colorful quiz every day that families, classrooms and quiz fans can play along with. Each long video is a full quiz (flags of the world, capital cities, general knowledge, riddles, math, animals and more), and each one is cut into short clips for YouTube Shorts and TikTok.

This website is the playable side of the channel. Here you can take the quizzes at your own pace, keep score, read the full question lists with answers, and use random generators and puzzle games that grew out of the videos.

How the videos are made

Every Quiz Zoomies video is made in code. Each episode starts as a plain data file: the questions, the answers, the wrong options and the timing. A small rendering engine turns that file into animated scenes (the countdown, the reveal, the score), draws flags and country shapes from open map data, adds a voiceover and music, and exports the long video and its Shorts. Because the videos are built from data, the same question sets can power the quizzes on this site.

Facts are checked against reliable references before an episode is published: national statistics offices and the United Nations for countries, capitals and populations, and encyclopedias and science agencies for trivia. If you spot a mistake, tell us and we will fix it.

Quiz Zoomies is made by the Quiz Zoomies team, a small group that loves quizzes, maps and good trivia. We keep everything family-friendly, free to play and free of sign-ups.
