Guess the Flag Daily

Guess the Flag Daily gives everyone the same 10 flags today, picked from all 195 countries. Type the country for each flag, then share your score and come back tomorrow for a new set.

How to play: look at the flag, type the country and press Enter. Capitals, accents and punctuation do not matter, and common other names are accepted. Skip a flag you do not know and review the ones you missed at the end. Flags come from the open-source flag-icons set; the 195 countries are the 193 UN members plus Vatican City and Palestine.

Frequently asked questions

How does the daily flag quiz work?

Every day at midnight UTC the quiz picks a new order of the 195 flags, and everyone who plays that day gets the same first 10. Type the country for each one and compare scores with friends.

When does the daily flag change?

At midnight UTC, which is the afternoon or evening before in the Americas and the morning or midday in Asia and Oceania. Your result card shows the score to share.

Do I have to spell the country exactly?

No. Capitals, accents and punctuation do not matter, and common other names count too, like Ivory Coast, Burma, Holland or UK.

Can I play more than 10 flags?

Yes. The main Guess the Flag game lets you play 10, 20, 50 or all 195 flags, and the flag quiz has four choices per flag if you want it easier.
